And for the sake of accuracy, it's not free money, as we've paid for the property and upgrades and whatever else, so it's not free money…not to mention all that prep work before going AFK and after AFK to sell all the stuff… it's definitely not free money… from the safe or any other places…

March 28, 2024 - 3:44 amThis is a terrible guide. You spend 200k to make 250 in the nightclub safe, had the wrong businesses assigned to technicians in the nightclub, that could have been at least 1.2 mil if done correctly.
All you have to do is sell the nightclub & acid lab (restock at some point in the middle of the afk or at the end before you sell the nightclub, with the boost it should only take about an hour) in a lobby with 20 players that will get you 2million (roughly 500k acid lab & 1.5m nightclub and all you have to do is 2 missions. So simple. This guide ain’t it.
