For with much wisdom comes much sorrow; the more knowledge, the more grief.β

There is a reason why on a flight, they advise you to put the air mask on before attempting to help others. You come first. It may sound selfish, but when you're on the grind, you have to turn on the blinders until the goal is achieved.
