So you can lose 66% of your trades, and still make a small profit. I donβt mind these videos but new traders should understand that win rate percentage is only one component to being a profitable trader.

February 23, 2024 - 12:17 pmAny backtesting under 100 trades is statistically irrelevant. The 6 trade 100% win rate could be complete luck…just throw a coin a few times and you'll see what I mean. I'm not saying the strategy is flawed, but the backtesting is incomplete.

February 23, 2024 - 12:17 pmThere is a problem with your strategy, which is that the number of data samples is too small to conclude a 94% winning rate. In statistics, there must be at least 100 samples and it should be thousands of samples to draw a bell curve, then you can declare a winning rate.
