Not only is my town overwashed by people who can't buy in Amsterdam anymore, there are also loads of expats here. The stressed out market makes it impossible for family's with a modest income to buy a or another house at the moment.
So factor that in if you are planning to come here…

A keyboard reviewer (Chryosran22) recommended Utrecht as a happy medium between "bible-thumping" rural areas and the fast-paced thief paradise of the city; does anyone have any thoughts on this opinion?

February 7, 2023 - 8:40 pmso ive done math if your going to go all out live in amsterdam and paying the max amount for everything she was saying you could get a nice studio apartment a 100$ bike and lots of grocery each month for about 2532$ or a bit less in euro im not quite sure im doing usd personally and the bike would be a seperate up front purchase. Add in tutiton at say the university of Amsterdam and thats about $7500+ so all around looking at $10,000-$15,000 up front to move there in the first month then after that its $2500 per month maximum according to the video
