August 15, 2022 - 9:59 amI have the first dual forms you mentioned. I thought I did something wrong, but my nails have a natural intense curve so it makes sense that the forms are popping off or too straight once they come to the extension part. I filed down the bulk from underneath versus the top so it has a very odd shape right now.
I'm also going to get a neon set of polygel to get a better idea of where the gel is going, and so I don't grind down to the nail plate itself. It's hard for me to tell where the gel ends and my nail begins.

Just wondering since I’m learning how to do poly gel extensions.. when I put them on they only last for a day or two before they start lifting FROM the cuticle they don’t break or crack they just start lifting is the gel base coat I use just bad quality or am I doing something wrong? It just won’t stick to my nails I don’t use dehydrater or primer or wtv so is that the problem? Idk just help lol

August 15, 2022 - 9:59 amYup. Made all the mistakes. Covered them by painting my nails dark so the gel isn't visible. Keeping my fingers crossed they won't fall off during the work day or I will die of embarrassment 😂😂😉

Buy a one dollar pack of disposable Emory boards every week and use them . One file per nail . Until your nails start growing in at normal density
