August 16, 2022 - 8:36 pmGirl, you got the holy grail of colors in this collection because Makartt acts like they simply do not want anyone to have Mocha or Ash Rose in Polygel form! They keep saying that they'll someday release it but that was back in 2019 and we have yet to see it! Even now (in 2022) when I click on the link that you provided in the description box, it leads nowhere because they've cancelled this collection too. Oh well! We can only dream! We do appreciate you uploading this video to let us know that they were actually capable of developing one though. You've definitely got another subscriber in me! Be well!

It's so thick, I'm using either way too much or just too little. The shaping is tricky as I'm afraid to leave streaks.
Can I fix this finish if I use less slip solution and drag the gel more? I'd love that cause I'd at least avoid the bubble gum look lol
I'm doing overlay so any pointers for a beginner would be amazing!!!

August 16, 2022 - 8:36 pmIf you put a gel varnish colour over the top of the polygel, can you file off the top coat and soak the varnish off without destroying the polygel undernethe? I'd quite like to change the colour but keep the polygel for longer xxx

That thin arch of skin (lighter than your finger's skin) just where the cuticle should be and right above that white part (which I believe is the baby nail cells?), is that also part of the cuticle? Can that thin arch of skin be removed at all? I hope you can understand what I mean it is so hard to explain hehe. Thank you so much!

August 16, 2022 - 8:36 pmInteresting. On their website they say itβs not a poly gel. This kit is a builder gel in a bottle. It definitely doesnβt self level but I will be trying to use a slip solution to get this look. Thank you for sharing what works for you! I actually love how this came out!

August 16, 2022 - 8:36 pmGreat video! So when you use peel off base, you only need to wipe your clean nail with rubbing alcohol, then move to peel off base coat, let dry, then gel base coat? I like this because it would mean you don't have to use primer and ph bonder etc. Correct me if I'm wrong? This is important because I would rather change my colour often if it means I'm able to also cut back on chemicals! π Thank you!
