I'm a bit confused 'cause this is what ive been told my entire life. I may be wrong, some mind expounding this more to me?

April 6, 2024 - 7:03 amI watched this a few times last night. Charted my supply zone on SPY for an options put. Iβm not sure if I just got lucky or if this is a high probability set up for options. Either way Iβm happy I found this video tested it out and had positive results. 1 for 1 Iβll continue to use this Iβve already been trading supply and demand this just add a potential edge.
