December 21, 2022 - 12:56 amIm a public sector bank employee, and dont take is as a government job. I have completed 6 years and reached a package of around 10 lacs, from rs 7 lacs when i started. The work culture sucks, irrelevant transfers, low salary, low self esteem etc are the demerits here.
Better go for a private job, to the least, u will be paid in a justified manner, than to go for ibps shit .
