I’m not an Intel fan boy but once again the blue team will stay ahead by a noticeable margin, Raptor lake and her 6ghz will smash this AMD cpu on 19 benchmark out of 20 where they will tie

Anyone have any ideas what could be up with my PC? Every now and again it boots in 1080p (usually 1440p in normal circumstances) and my device manager shows ''windows has disabled your 3060ti as it has detected an error'', trying to update the drivers at this point just leads to a black screen. But then magically, if left for a few hours, I turn it back on and it's completely fine again. I can only assume it's a dying GPU? But I can't work out why it would just magically repair itself sometimes and then fail at others, and there's no trigger or correlation as to the cause, it's just completely random. Debated if it could be a virus but I doubt it would have that kind of behaviour, and since the gpu is being disabled by windows I can only imagine it's somehow.. dying but not dead? Or could I be missing something? Thanks!

The new chips looks so nice – no pins and the IHS' design is awesome, showing the capacitors on the sides. It's a shame it won't be visible under the cooler.

To be a delidded unit it would have to have been put together in the first place, That one wasn't so the title is incorrect. That is a very bad design with the components on the wrong side like that. They need to get some better designers onboard and get some better parts in the pipeline. I'd hate for these stupid decisions to put them out of business, competition is good.

What do you think the potential is for more cores on AM5 in the future? It sure doesn't look like there's room for any more chiplets on there. Perhaps if they increased the number of cores per chiplet…?

No space for more cores in there.
Makes me wonder how AMD is going to support this socket for 5 years.

I love the fact I can literally just swap out to AM5 and use the same case psu and cooler I have right now. Then the promise to support AM5 up to 2025 + is a bigger bonus. Gonna pass down my 5600x build to my 17 year old and hop on this as soon as the prices are a little lower and there’s been a few round of updates.
