Hello, I have a problem, I have an i9 10900 without K, and it has a Max frequency of 5.1 GHz, I turned on the turbo boost in the bios, set the max performance in the power settings, but I have a maximum frequency of 4.6 GHz and no more rises, tell me, please, what is the problem, because I want it to work at max GHz in games, that is, at 5.2 GHz, and it works at a maximum of 4.6, maybe I need to enable something in the BIOS, I don’t know, thanks in advance!)

It didn't show (High Performance) on my computer. It just shows (Balanced [Active]). Processor power management: Minimum 5% and Maximum 100%. and I still have some slow speed on my computer. This happened after I upgraded from Windows 10 to windows 11

I have been using this method since a long time. But this method creates a lot of heat if you have a high end processor with very high clock rate.
