Do you create a Job Scorecard for every position in your company?
If not, you’re making a huge mistake.
Not having a Job Scorecard (or a clear idea of what you’re hiring for) is the biggest hiring mistake I see entrepreneurs make.
If you don’t know what you’re hiring for and what success looks like with that position, the chances of hiring an A player are slim to none.

Was wondering though, are you able to please share a link to your actual editable g.doc plain versions of your scorecard templates that you showed in this video? The one you linked to in the description just goes to only an Elevate-branded "example" pdf, it isn't actually a "template", because it can't be edited. Also the "example pdf" that you linked to in the description isn't nearly as comprehensive as the g.doc templates you showcased in the video. Is there any chance possible you might be able to link to the g.doc Templates you showed us in this vid? Would be super helpful!:)
