August 16, 2022 - 5:30 pmWatching this while soaking off my 1st ever acrylic nail I did myself (1 finger, with 6weeks growth n no lifting, encapsulated tooπ π€£π ). I appreciate this so much. Those mini lamp that comes with kits take forever π i agree. Thank you for this π€. I'm just missing dehydrator (I used acetone in d interim), some natural full cover tips, love that they have the etched ones. πππ―π

August 16, 2022 - 5:30 pmThank you for recommending products. I've been doing my own nails for a while now but struggled to find full cover tips with no "c" curve that will work for me. ππ

August 16, 2022 - 5:30 pmFabulous tutorial…This helps new starters, as well as, the semi-experience nails enthusiasts. Great info you shared, covering products and why you use what you use. So, so cool you thought to do this. Too often we watch the products and techniques in a video not knowing or understanding why its necessary and the Utubers may explain the whys but sometimes you're left to your own understanding. Thanks for this.

August 16, 2022 - 5:30 pmNail tech (in training) here, PLEASE do not use a grit lower than 200 on your natural nails. 240 files and buffers are sold for the natural nail, 100/180 should only be used on nail enhancements. When buffing your natural nail you do not need to "rough it up" you only need to remove the shine for product to stick. The most important thing is for the nail plate to be clean of cuticle and debris, and dehydrated (using alcohol or a dehydrator)

August 16, 2022 - 5:30 pmWhat size was the first brush, and can you polygel too!? I bought the modelones lamp, but it hard to find dehydrator in my country, plus I bought acrylic kit from kiss at the shop and it cost me fifty dollars in my country it very expensive cause shipping and exchange cost for my country, I wish we had more nail company in my country, New Zealand! π’
