    I got a HP Notebook with a "Intel Core i7-1255U" CPU (HP Laptop 15s-fq5775ng) recently [October 2022]. It's fan gets pretty loud from time to time, even with decent tasks (NO gaming or even video editing!). I have to keep it, since I missed the 14-day return period. ๐Ÿ™ Is there a way/ or software tool to set the FSB or clock to a lower range, because calculation power is not my concern. Thanks in advance!

    Very good tutorial.
    I went from 90-95*C to 60-75*C by setting undervolt to -99.6 mV in MSI GV62 8RE with i7 8750H. Thanks man!

    And how does that work if the pc crashe ? Does the software will remember your setting and Keep loading the mistake that you just made? I dont want to be caught in endless rebooting cycle if i went too far..

    Thank you very much mac. I was having overheating issu with my hp envy laptop which runs on i7 7500u. it becomes very hot when I watch youtube videos. fortunately enough using this program and following your tutorial I have fixed the issue. Now, it runs very quietly without any problem. I was able to reduce it to -125 in all CPU, GPU, and cache. thank you once again.
