In this video, I attempt to trade Forex for two weeks with absolutely zero experience to see if it’s something the average person should try out to secure some bags.
The problem with Forex trading is it has attracted vast amounts of spammers β or just slick salesmen pitching an undeniably amazing, yet attainable lifestyle if you join their training/VIP group/mastermind/course/whatever!
I have never traded Forex before this experiment and had no idea how it even worked until I decided to dive in. Of course, I don’t expect a few days of studying Forex basics and strategies to turn me into a profitable trader, but when so many gurus are advertising their services to the masses, I wanted to put some money on the line to try things out for myself.
The #1 takeaway you should get from this video is please, don’t spend money chasing a Forex lifestyle or promises of massive profit. Forex is comprised of incredibly efficient markets, making it hard for the average retail trader to turn a consistent profit.

April 29, 2023 - 11:53 amI trade full time. There are dozens of factors which can ruin a trade. To be successful you must identify and watch for these. This takes a lot of experience.
Example: at 4:14 you sold. The chart was in a downtrend, but the most recent swing high was higher than the previous. This makes the downtrend invalid or at least questionable on this timeframe.
You want to see price move up to 1.2134 and turn down again. That would be a good continuation of the downtrend. Instead, price went up and compressed near the resistance. This suggests price may breakout higher.
For my methods, the best move is to take no trade here. It's not bullish enough to buy, but it certainly isn't bearish enough to sell.

April 29, 2023 - 11:53 amEvery sector is about learning the way THAT specific sector moves and using Technical Analysis with it. Takes hours of studying lol. Also indicators are over rated and are lagging behind on trading view. Also have to take in account session times and look for volume depending obviously on your type of trading but I'm speaking on day trading. I think that forex is a very viable option for making money but takes tons of discipline and risk management. If you took two people and 1 studied stock trading for hours and became a professional at it, then person 2 studied forex then one day out of the year they tried each others profession then they would both most likely fail truthfully.

April 29, 2023 - 11:53 amShould NEVER GO LIVE within 1 month of learning anything. The very reason why TRADERS FAIL or Wannabeeez cries and bash Trading as a scam/gamble. Most don't have the common sense that nothing that rewarding will take THAT SHORT amount of time to make a consistent living out of let alone making 6 figures in less than a year (very possible AFTER obtaining the proper skills & proven profitable between 6-12 months if not more if you're slower/until proven profitable ON A DEMO ACCOUNT aka Paper-Trading/Simulated Account)
Forex is NOT for the noob/average person, YES, but NOTHING worthwhile is going to come at you that easy. You can put your money in Forex, or anywhere, BUT if you don't have the proper traits, of course, I recommend trading something LESS volatile (stocks), but the skillset/traits apply to all, sooooo it's not put your money else-where because you'll lose most of your money in Forex, it's either be lazy and get crushed or learn, be patient, practice and then enter Forex.
: ADVICE: Do NOT listen to anyone who tells you to go LIVE in 1 month, doomed to FAIL!!! Trading is a skill set that requires, discipline, understanding/learning PRICE ACTION, support/resistance, HH, HL, LH, LL (Higher Highs, Higher Lows, Lower Highs, Lower Lows), Supply/Demand, Confluence Trading, Divergence trading… . DO NOT USE INDICATORS (at least until you have learned the above skillset and proven profitable)
>>> Trading Facts: The market is predictable, retests itself, and can make money going Up/Down (bull/bear) so opportunities are endless. You rush the process, and you go live within weeks of learning ANYTHING about trading for the very first time, BOUND TO BLOW UP YOUR ACCOUNT/FAIL. Maybe not the first 3 weeks, but you will blow up your account, JUST IS. Pros still learn to this day, the market is not 100% bulletproof, and they still lose money, but THE QUESTION IS, whether you are increasing your profits and minimizing your losses.
So if you rush the process and your ego is taking over, please don't cry bashing trading afterward. You get what you are looking for. Trading is not a get-rich scheme, YES, you can make hundreds of thousands in an hour, minutes, days, and weeks YES, but those who make that much, didn't just learn about day trading 2 yrs ago. DUHHHHHH, some of you don't use your heads, I swear. Stupid!!!
