This video sounds like something my recruiter, who sent me an email saying that I wasn't selected for the position I applied for, would record. It just states what went wrong with the rejected candidate rather than the employer. Not helpful at all

This is just what I needed to hear after getting a rejected from a job the interviewer got me so emotionally involved! What's heart-breaking is that you cannot even ask them for feedback because they write from a no-reply email

Nah dont blame the victim. You may have the perfect resume and excellent interview skills and they go with someone else for other reasons.Human bias plays a big part.

i applied for a job over a month ago and it has said "Application Under Review" for a month, i reached out to human rescources and they said it i didnt hear anything in a month to get back to them saying their recruiters are extemely busy. Im just guessing if i havent heard back in a month or seen a change int he status its a rejection. I will give them a few more days and it things dont change i will probably withdraw my application. I feel if they were interested they would have gotten back to me by now, so why waste my time with them?
