  Some of these jobs have no respect I went to an interview at the hospital she was 20 mins late she was heavily distracted she talked to me about a second interview never heard from her thank God I have already worked at a hospital very disrespectful

  Because the moment you fill out an application online, you get bombarded with spam emails, fake jobs, fake recruiters and finally we say screw it and give up. Better to go in person to a company and apply.
