There isn't any prop firms that give anyone real money to trade from. Everything is demo. You pass and get funded, its demo. Everything is a simulation. That's why when you do really, really well. There is no pay-out.
If you flip the thing and look in another way it become profitable
If they copy the trades on other personal account of the prop itself,then it became largely profitable,no need to split ecc π So if they have 10 traders with 100k each and a 10k max DD each,if one trader out of 10 is able to make 100% of the account,and the other 9 trader blown the account,the profit is net + 10k on this sistem,and 9/10 long term profitable traders that blown a funded account,is quite difficult π
