February 12, 2022 - 3:02 amInstead of improving the hip belt, you guys remove it. Instead of improving the shoulder straps, theyβre the same uncomfortable ones. No management of the excess adjusting straps. Less volume, less features. You guys dropped the ball big time

This bag would've been my next, unfortunately it lacks the side access essential for easy camera access. Not to mention the colors. I love your products, but it would be beneficial to gather more data from more people, potential customers, to roll out future products. I'll have to look elsewhere for my next bag.
