After 5 years in Nederland (3 years in dutch family) I end up with deep depression. This country would fall without foreign people and still they can't stop themselves from treating us like we are worse than they are. We all are humans and we deserve respect.

Helpful information as always. But one question :
how practical it is to visit NL in a short stay 90 day visa and finding a job during that time(for a Non EU)? . I mean any job that can convert the visit visa to a work permit.

    1: language
To stay for many years in NL, English is not enough. You cannot keep English speaking job for lots of years.
    2: future career expectation
dutch people tend to higher dutch people at higher levels. They reject also because they don't recognize your accomplishments.
3: over qualification vs under qualification
when you apply for jobs that you're over or under qualified, you'll get no response or rejection. In general in NL you are under qualified for the jobs that your resume typically matches for. You're over qualified for the jobs that are below your resume skills.
    4. stand out with job application
high competition. Job application must stand out.

Thank you for another great video! I cureently live in South Korea and a lot of what you mention is true here as well – you just have to know the language to be a part of the community and to move up at work. I'm currently studying Dutch (knowing German helps a little) but I probably won't be able to do much more than have a very simple conversation by the time we move (thinking of late this year). Hope I will be able to find something for myself and then learn the language better as I live there!

Thank you for the video. I do feel that speakers of English tend to expect to have no limitations because they speak English at their destination. As you rightly said, and it is not Netherlands-only, there's a difference between making do for a while, for which you can manage by on a generic sort of job, to being part of the community on the same footing as the very prepared locals.

Do they speak in english at the authorities?Like make the regristration the new adress or at the jobcenter or make a new number for taxes etc . Coming there and already speak and understand the Holland language it will take many time. Most the people there are speaking english or german? I know german as well.

    Another nice video, Gulce πŸ‘
I guess another supporting approach would be – ask yourself why you want a job exactly in the Netherlands. Are you interested just in a good job just somewhere or do you have some special connection to the Dutch culture and that's why you wanna reside in NL and have a job there? In the 2nd case you'll learn Dutch and investigate the local habbits anyway, I guess
