    I heard that the British Prime Minister Goolge CEO came from the background of living in India with a daily living cost of less than two dollars… so knowledge surfers who have experienced living costs of less than two dollars have a chance for everyone but I I also read Tell the story of an American who crossed from the east coast of the United States to the devil's horn in the west without taking a dime…

    It seems to me (what do I know but at 69 I have spent the last 22 years with the diagnosis of bipolar depression) and when I look back, my darkest times? those times when happiness seemed so distant were those times when I had separated myself and forgot my purpose, my purpose is to serve and care for others and through that service and caring there is contentment
    Children, juveniles and immature Chase happiness which seems to me to be a very selfish endeavor

    That's why suicide rate in the Muslim community is very less. Because they know the purpose of life.

    I didn't like her story of a man being paralyzed and finding meaning in teaching kids. Not everyone is resilient or has a support group that helps them through those kinds of changes. I wonder how she would go about life if it happened to her.

    in the video it explains that everyone has a standard of happiness and thinks that leading to happiness is success so they have high ideals of something then it becomes a habit which in the end they live in anxiety because they are afraid that things will not go according to plan and are not happy so that it has an impact. on thinking even on health because of anxiety about what will happen. this is true and not to blame because in my opinion we should make more efforts in order to get maximum results. but sometimes we forget that we also have limits of ability that cannot be forced so that everything can be done. at this time many people who attempt suicide and even commit suicide because he is depressed about his life. they chase what they are after but have no meaning in it, in the video it says that people who have meaning in their lives are those who are tougher and live life well.
    and I summarize in the video there are 4 pillars of the meaning of life including *Being in a relationship where you are valued.
    Creating bonds with family and friends
    *Destination-
    Doing something of value for yourself and others
    * Transcendence:
    pursue the purpose of human life in a meaningful way
    * Tell a story
    The stories you tell yourself and others about yourself.
    I think being happy is doing what makes me happy and enjoying it. follow your heart don't be easily influenced by others. everyone has their own way to happiness and there is no common way to get it. what you like has to do with the experience that has been experienced, we explore various fields and get various experiences. this is what builds the pieces of life so that in the end you are the one who knows and finds out what the real purpose in life is

    There's more to life than being happy by Emily Esfahani Smith. This video is so important and can truly change your life. “The root of joy is gratefulness.”

    Gratefulness is very important. Sadly I seem to be completely incapable of feeling it. All I can think about are the things I want but feel like I can never have. I'm grateful for the god and the oxygen, nature and the universe for the challenges in life to be able to learn and develop our lives in this world. i always thought we needed equality in life but i've learned that there isn't equality but what we need in life is equal respect. we can continue to compare ourselves but simply enjoying and being happy with the opportunities we have is basis of life. We can not choose what makes us happy, we all find happiness in pretty much the same way, helpfulness is the greatest way to be happy, serve and keep serving, give and never stop giving.

    Showing gratitude has so many proven benefits—physical, mental, and emotional—that everyone should make it part of their daily life. The Quran says "There is more happiness in giving than in receiving".

    God only blesses those who are grateful. ❤

    Finding your purpose or meaning is the hard part, you can spend your entire life never finding it. Not one person to date has told us an easier way or quicker way to finding your true purpose or meaning.

    A happy life can be ascertained by everyone's dreams and goals. Goals are not about what you want but about what you give. This made me realize that if you want to be happy then do the process not just think about it, there will be no changes in your life, especially happiness. Humans are too focused on pursuing something external, long-term benefits for happiness can not be obtained. Sometimes in the midst of hectic life with various responsibilities, burdens, and pressures, it is often easy to get restless and sad. Living in a world with all the challenges and obstacles in it makes us unhappy. From this video I learned that there is more to life than happiness, it really made me realize.

    I think people should do community service. You know? Like working at Soup kitchens, donating blood to the Red Cross, donating your time in mopping floors at the Mormon Church or mowing lawns in your neighborhood, and giving that money that you earned to a food bank. Life is about being happy but at the same time, it too is about helping others/and connecting with (people). There is nothing wrong with giving a big mac to a homeless person or putting in a quarter and a dime inside a can that is for the humane dog/cat shelter. It's about having a team spirit. It sounds cliche but make the world a better place for others. USA. North America. 2022.

    life, has so many meanings but happiness is not my first priority. I wanna make this world better, even a little bit. Invidual happiness is important, but other people's oppoturnities to even survive are important too. I read a book and it said something kinda like this. "A man lived his whole life, he is successful, do you think it's a great life? I don't think so, this man could have brought more to his community." Yeah, along with being happy and independent, I want others to live a better life.
