October 24, 2022 - 10:14 pmHey man I really dig the style of your review: almost imperceptible jazz in the background, the slow page turn while you give commentary in the minimized box. Iβll definitely be following, good luck with the channel.

The best quote in all of comic history is:
"The thing about smart motherfuckers is sometimes they sound like crazy motherfuckers to dumb motherfuckers"

October 24, 2022 - 10:14 pmThis is such a great video, it just popped up in my feed, actually a lot of your older videos have lately, which is awesome.
One of my favorite stand alone graphic novels is Frank Miller's Ronin, it honestly might be my favorite work of his.

October 24, 2022 - 10:14 pmThe way you described the emotional toll that reading Maus took on you is exactly how I felt when I read it a few years ago. That it has been banned in some school districts and hearing some uppity POS describe it like it's just typical violence and porn makes me so angry that I actually get the shakes. Clearly they have never actually read it because there is not one panel of gratuitous violence or nudity in it's entirety and I can't think of a more elegant or respectful piece of literature based on the 3rd Reich and the Holocaust and all of the innocent victims of those crimes against humanity. My daughter's will not be denied such an experience, that I can assure you.
