Fundamentals that affect the dollar index is very important as most of the important currencies are highly correlated to the US dollar due to the world reserve currency status.(inflation and interest rates(interest rate differentials in the swap market) rule the credit markets which affect the spot market very heavily)MATAF has a very good correlation indicator if anyone wants to check it out. Entries become much more effective when fundamentals are in your favour – institutions price in the data very fast. COT data done by White Oak FX is also pretty accurate… Retail will eventually become too strong for the banks to manipulate. Let us pray God allows us to trade for the next hundred yearsπ
