What could be another reason for me to apply for an open position? If recruiters dedicate some time reading resumes, they will understand who the applicant is. Currently, in addition to uploading your resume, you have to fill out thousands of fields on thousands of application portals. Just copying what's already mentioned on resume.

January 23, 2023 - 11:36 amCover letters are pointless, you're CV goes to an ATS and gets torn apart for keywords, your cover letter disappears never to be seen again, in fact when you apply for a job, nobody sees your CV in relation to that job, it just comes through the ATS as a match or mismatch for any jobs they have.
