    I really appreciate the content you put out! The biggest challenges I face, is: I've overachieved in my last 3 work experiences (sales related), resulting in 3 promotions in a very short time frame and very high numbers.

    The feedback I received was that the recruiter or whomever simply can not believe these results. I use the STAR methodology to explain in an interview and succinctly elaborate when questioned. I still feel like it leans towards arrogancy, or sounds overly confident and it made me lose on some offers I feel like, any tips?
